- Is your organization being impacted by tough economic times, changing markets, new technology, or a changing workforce? You may need to sharpen your leadership skills if you want to effectively lead and manage your organization through these changes. In this session, participants will learn to: 1) identify common barriers to effective change management, 2) understand the three stages employees typically experience during a major change, 3) identify the three phases to plan for when implementing change and know what elements to address in each phase and 4) develop strategies to overcome resistance to change.

Coming
from the east on M 72:Turn left at the Acme Stoplight
onto US 31. At the 7th light, just past the NMC main campus, turn left
onto Garfield Avenue. At the 6th light turn right onto South Airport Road.
At the 3rd light turn right onto Cass Road. The NMC University Center
sign is on the right, about 1/2 mile from the light.
Coming
from the south on M-37/US 31: Head north on M-37/US 31
into Traverse City to the large intersection at South Airport Road (near
the Grand Traverse Mall). Turn right onto South Airport Road. At the 3rd
light turn left onto Cass Road. The NMC University Center sign is on
the right, about 1/2 mile from the light.
Coming
from the north on Grandview Parkway: Turn left on Cass
Street. Continue on Cass through 4 lights and around large curve. The
University Center sign is on the left.
