"Break for Lunch: High Leverage Board/Staff Relationships "

A strong working relationship between a nonprofit Board of Directors and its staff positions a nonprofit for success. While working as partners is important, it is also necessary to understand the difference between Board and staff roles and where responsibility and accountability rests. This interactive workshop will provide tools for establishing meaningful communication and productive teamwork, enabling the organization to meet its goals with effectiveness and efficiency.
