"Break for Lunch: Creating a Board Development Plan "

Best practicing nonprofit Boards take the time to assess their member composition, education needs, recruitment, and orientation. We’ll review the steps in creating a board development plan that includes conducting a board assessment, and prioritizing areas for board development. Participants will receive a template to use in creating a plan.
